The Bernards Township Health Department in conjunction with Morristown Medical Center Community Health has scheduled aFREE Bone Density Screening and Education program entitled “Got Healthy Bones?” on Wednesday, September 30th at the Senior Wellness Center located at 202 Mount Airy Road in Basking Ridge, NJ. Registration is required at for the Bone Density Screening with appointments between 1 pm and 4 pm.

In addition, an education program will be presented at BOTH 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to accommodate all interested people. This program is entitled: “Build Strong Bones with Nutrition and Exercise”. The nutrition section will be presented by Allison Napolitano, RD from Shop Rite of Bernardsville, and the exercise section will be presented by Sharon Murphy, BSN,RN,ONC, RN-BC from the Offray Arthritis Center at Morristown Medical Center.
