8/10/2015 - Borough of Peapack & Gladstone Senior Van Service
Peapack & Gladstone is partnering with Bedminster Township to provide complimentary transportation service for senior residents over 55 or disabled residents. To utilize the senior van service, residents must get pre-approval from the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Somerset Hills.
The VNA conducts home visitations for all potential van riders to determine if they are eligible for this service. A VNA nurse will meet the person at their home to complete the required paperwork, obtain emergency information and medical history. The van driver cannot accept any riders prior to the VNA interview and completion of all forms.
To schedule an appointment for an in-home appointment with the VNA nurse, please call Laura Cummings of the VNA on (908) 766-0180, Ext. 259. Once you have been approved been approved to ride the van, call Janine DeLeon at Bedminster Town Hall to schedule van service (908) 212-7000 ext. 427.
