BOROUGH OF PEAPACK AND GLADSTONE
NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF 100% AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone is soliciting proposals from qualified developers to construct a family rental, 100% affordable project on Lot 1.03, Block 20 in the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone with a minimum of 20 affordable units. The property consists of 3.5 acres. The Borough will contribute the property to the developer. The Borough seeks concept plans for said development together with appropriate certifications establishing that the developer has the qualifications to construct such a project including adequate experience and financing, along with examples of prior work.

The Project shall be in accordance with the rules for affordable housing as promulgated by N.J.A.C.5:95 et. seq.

Sealed Request for Proposal responses shall be received by the Borough Clerk on or before February 28, 2019. Said Proposals shall be delivered to the Borough Clerk at 1 School Street, Peapack, New Jersey 07977. Said Proposals will be opened by the Borough Clerk on February 28, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers located at 1 School Street, Peapack, New Jersey 07977.
