The Borough would like to make you aware of rezoning in your area that is planned as a result of our Round 4 Affordable Housing obligation. While this ordinance has yet to be introduced, it is planned that the Trimmer Lane neighborhood will be rezoned to allow redevelopment in order to satisfy the Borough’s Round 4 obligations.

I’m inviting you to a Town Hall Meeting of the Borough, in order to share our plan with you and welcome a discussion regarding the Round 4 obligation. This meeting will be informal, but will be beneficial particularly to those residing nearby.

Please join us on Tuesday, September 16, at 1 School Street, Peapack, NJ at 7:00 pm.
Mr. John Szabo, Borough Planner, will also be in attendance to explain plans and answer questions you may have.

Please note, that with any redevelopment in our Borough, our intentions are to execute the plans in the best way possible in order maintain the character of our community.
