The Peapack & Gladstone Police Dept. would like to remind residents that there is No Parking in front of Cocoluxe nor is there parking within the intersection of Main St. and Willow Ave.

This area has seen an increase in pedestrian and motor vehicle traffic and we would like residents to be aware of the dangers of parking in this area. This also includes vehicles making deliveries or pickups as well as those who wish to drop off passengers to “just run in for a second”. (known as “stopping or standing”)

Under New Jersey Statute 39:4-138E
-No operator of a vehicle shall stand or park the vehicle within 25 feet of the nearest crosswalk or side line of a street or intersecting highway.

Under New Jersey Statute 39:4-138A
-No vehicle shall stand or park the vehicle within an intersection.

In accordance with Peapack & Gladstone Borough Ordinance 580:7-10
-Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets
-From a point 789 feet south of the southerly curb line of Park Ave. to a point 130 feet southerly therefrom.
-This area is the intersection of Main St & Willow Ave. to include the No Parking area in front of Cocoluxe.
