The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Pfizer for ages 5-11, Pfizer for 12+ and Moderna for 18+ vaccines in July

July COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:
Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11 will be given on Monday, July 11 from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
First, second, and booster doses will be available.

Pfizer for 12+ and Moderna for 18+ will be given on Tuesdays from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
The Pfizer 12+ and Moderna 18+ dates are July 12, 19, & 26.

If you plan to get a first or second booster for any COVID-19 vaccine, please review your eligibility here or at bernardshealth.org before making your appointment.

For all clinics:
Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed.
Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.
No identification or insurance card required.
Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
