1/21/2016 - Highlands Regional Master Plan (RMP) Monitoring Program Outreach Sessions
The Highlands Council has scheduled three Public Outreach Sessions to provide the public with an update on the RMP Monitoring Program and to present draft indicators. Session dates, times and locations are below. Attached is a flyer for these sessions. Please feel free to share or post/distribute as you see fit.

**PLEASE NOTE these are NOT public hearings, but rather informational sessions where members of the public are invited to attend to learn more about this process. A brief overview presentation will be given at 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in each session, with the remaining time in each hour available for attendees to review materials that will be available around the room and ask follow-up questions of staff and project consultants.

The Monitoring Program evaluates progress toward achieving the goals of the Highlands Regional Master Plan. The program requires identification of indicators and milestones to measure the impact of the Regional Master Plan on water resources, agriculture, housing, transportation, and economic development within the Highlands Region. No pre-registration is required, but space is limited. Attendees will be asked to sign in.

Any schedule change due to weather conditions will be announced on the Council’s web site (www.nj.gov/njhighlands).
