Walk-ins are welcome! If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you do not need to cancel.
**Due to lack of sufficient funding for the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program, our COVID-19 testing clinics will bill individuals without health insurance $75 per COVID-19 test until the foreseeable future.
To order 4 free COVID-19 antigen test kits for your household, please visit https://special.usps.com/testkits. There is a limit of 2 test kits per residential address.
Accessing test results:
• Test results will be delivered via phone, text or email. Make sure to check your spam folder, as well as missed calls.
• Please allow 48-72 hours to process test results.
• If you do not hear back after 72 hours, please email WellCare at email@example.com
All participants must remain in their vehicle until their appointment time and wear a mask or face covering during registration and testing. To be tested, participants need to present a state-issued photo ID or driver’s license for identification and their medical insurance cards if they have insurance. Screening will be conducted which includes answering questions and checking vital signs.
With medical insurance there is no cost for participating in the COVID-19 testing event. Only diagnostic medical services covered by your medical insurance will be performed.
The Bernards Township Health Department is the contractual health agency for Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough.
