The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Pfizer for ages 5-11, Pfizer for 12+, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines in April.

April COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:

Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11 will be given on Monday from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

The Pediatric Pfizer date is April 11.

First and second doses will be available.

Pfizer for 12+, Moderna, and J&J will be given on Tuesdays from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

The Pfizer 12+, Moderna, and J&J dates are April 5, 12, 19 & 26. All 3 vaccines will be available on each of those dates.

Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed.

Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.

No identification or insurance card required.

Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
