Garbage and Bulk Refuse Service

Garbage and refuse will be picked up at the curb between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. every Wednesday. There will be no collection on holidays. Residents may place (2) two 30 gallon cans at the curb.

Garbage should be tied in plastic bags. Please do not include loose garbage in the garbage can.

Garbage under the Contract shall be construed to mean offal and refuse of animal and vegetable matter, liquid or solid, which has been used as food for man or beast and refuse matter and vegetable matter which is or was intended to be used, including condemned foods, spoiled meat, fish, fowl, vegetable or birds, all putrescible matter of any kind incident to the ordinary conduct of a household (providing the foregoing are contained in plastic bags or regulation cans; no paper bags or boxes.)

Refuse under the Contract shall be construed to mean discarded waste materials such as paper, excelsior, straw, boxes, crates, broken glass, crockery and materials of similar nature, but shall not include ashes, tires, plaster or refuse from building operations or repairs.

Branches, limbs, twigs and shrubs/brush will no longer be picked up by the garbage hauler. Residents must arrange for private pick up or make use of a mulch pile in their backyard.

Bulk Collection

BULK COLLECTION CLEAN UP DAYS collection service shall be on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of FEBRUARY, MAY, AUGUST AND NOVEMBER

Bulk Garbage can only be placed by the street AFTER noon on the prior day to bulk pickup.

It is the responsibility of all property owners to notify their tenants of the garbage, bulk refuse and recycling pick-up schedules.
