Marriage License Applications

An Application for Marriage must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the time of the wedding. When applying for a marriage license, both applicants must be present, in addition to a witness over the age of 18. Please review these instructions then call to make an appointment with the registrar to complete the application. Please note, the $28.00 application fee is waived from July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023.

Certified Copy of Marriage License

1. Complete the "Application For A Non-Genealogical Certification Or Certified Copy Of Vital Record".
2. Send completed form with a copy of your identification, must be a photo identification (i.e. Driver's License), and proof of residency if different than what is on your ID to: Registrar, Borough of Peapack & Gladstone, P.O. Box 218, Peapack, NJ 07977. Checks should be made payable to: Borough of Peapack & Gladstone.
3. Certified copies are $10.00 each, payable by check to the Borough of Peapack & Gladstone.
