Understanding the Borough's New Emergency Alert System, and How to Sign Up to Participate

Everbridge delivers trusted alerts about emergencies, road closures, crime advisories, and community updates directly to your mobile device for the specific regions that matter to you. If you sign up you will receive trusted local information relevant to you.

Why you should sign up – Official messages from local public safety agencies, timely notices about emergencies, closures, and community events, region specific alerts based on where you live or work.

How to get alerts on your phone – Install the Everbridge app from your devices app store (Search “Public Safety by Everbridge) or use the QR Code down below.

1. Open the app on your phone and allow Everbridge to send push notifications.
2. Tap “Find an Organization or subscription”
3. Search for and select your organization (Search “Peapack and Gladstone”)
4. Choose the subscriptions or regions you want to follow
   • This can be neighborhoods, school districts, road corridors, etc.

Some tips to help make this a useful tool – Make sure notifications are enabled in your phones settings so alerts appear immediately. Update your subscriptions within the app if you move or want alerts for additional areas.
